About the Service

Our specialist supported living service in Braintree provides high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism and complex needs. Our staff are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a residential setting, preferably with individuals who have learning disabilities and/or autism and complex needs. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, families, and external agencies.

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities

As Operational Management Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the operational management of the service, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are delivered
  • Working closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in a residential setting, preferably with individuals who have learning disabilities and/or autism and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, families, and external agencies
