About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join our People Team at Bishop Fleming. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's ambitious growth plans in early careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, apprentice, and placement trainees, reviewing CVs, test results, and shortlisting suitable applicants for assessment centers.
  • Organize and facilitate assessment centers, including running feedback sessions and wash-ups, with the support of the Resourcing Administrator.
  • Attend various graduate and school career fairs and events, building relationships with schools and universities.
  • Coordinate business representatives to support school and university events.
  • Oversee the trainee onboarding process and induction process, working with the L&D Leads to ensure a successful introduction into the firm.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on the progress of trainee resourcing to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the right attraction and selection methods are in place to recruit the best possible talent in the market.
  • Research and implement innovative ways to engage with target audiences, working with the wider team.
  • Support key lateral hires and work with the wider recruitment team.

Requirements

  • Experience in early careers/future talent/volume recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to offer excellent client service to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Good IT skills, particularly comfortable working with MS Word and Excel, with experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) an advantage.
  • A 'can-do' attitude to deal with a high volume of candidate applications and requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Driven to achieve and curious about process improvement.
