The Role

This position will be a challenging and exciting role working at Kingston School of Art, with the main base located in the Foundation Department, situated in Penrhyn Road.

You will be working across the faculty, with your main responsibility for supporting students and collaborating with academic staff within Foundation. The key roles will be to provide high-quality professional technical and academic support to students across the Foundation Department.

To help build a student-centered culture within the Faculty's workshops, studios, and remotely, to underpin the collective aims of the Faculty, so that there is a clear understanding of how meaningful and disciplined workshop practice can effectively support the development and facilitation of ambitious student work.

The Person

Above all else, we are looking for individuals with a creative mind, a people-centered work ethic, and an interest in teaching and education, with the potential to develop new technical approaches to working both safely and innovatively across campuses, in studios, and online, and who can bring something unique, proactive, and collaborative to the team.
