Salary: The hourly rate for this role ranges from £17 to £22, offering a competitive salary for a hybrid position based in Central Edinburgh.

Job Description: In this role, you will assist the delivery team by formatting documents that accompany a planning application. This involves the collation of approximately 300 documents, which need to be formatted according to a specific 'house style' with consistent use of terms and presentation throughout. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the presentation of these documents is accurate and meets the required standards. This task requires continuous input, as documents in draft form will need ongoing review and formatting until completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Word, particularly working with templates.
  • Proficient user of Adobe for creating PDFs, combining documents, compressing files, and more.
  • Proficient user of SharePoint for document collation.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and other relevant tools.
