Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering essential service plans to our customers, addressing technical faults, and executing planned maintenance for our products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and repair technical faults in the field.
  2. Conduct repairs, testing, and modification of actuators.
  3. Handle mechanical and electrical installations of actuators, along with associated retrofit adaptations of components, pedestals, and drive shafts.
  4. Provide swift and effective solutions to customer issues.

Requirements

  1. Technical experience and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems or related equipment.
  2. Good understanding of basic electronics, electrical, and fluid power theories.
  3. Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and utilization of common test and calibration tools.
  4. Experience of working in a practical engineering environment.
  5. Full Valid Driving License.
