Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at CSG, a leading medical aesthetic company.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing advanced medical aesthetic equipment used across our clinics in the North of the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing medical aesthetic equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Providing on-site technical support and training to clinic staff
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest aesthetic technologies and industry standards
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of field service engineering experience, preferably within medical devices or capital equipment
  • Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with laser devices or other advanced aesthetic technology is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively support and train clinic staff
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the North of the UK
