Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicles

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the curriculum for the Engineering and Motor Vehicles department at Windsor Forest College Group.

As Programme Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Department for Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the curriculum for the Engineering and Motor Vehicles department
  • Working closely with the Head of Department for Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal to ensure the smooth operation of the department
  • Assisting in the recruitment and induction of new staff members
  • Coordinating the delivery of teaching programmes and assessing student progress

The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification of at least Level 4 and experience in programme management or a related field.

They will be able to demonstrate exceptional delivery and efficient management of the teaching programme within their areas of competence, driving student progress towards successful completion.

Through regular assessment and review of the specifications of courses laid out by different awarding bodies, you will work with the team to ensure that the curriculum is up-to-date and relevant to the needs of students and employers.
