Job Title: Lead Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer

At Premier Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mechanical Design and Analysis Engineer to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis of mechanical systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and analysis of mechanical systems and products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design and analysis processes.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, with a strong background in CAD design and simulation tools.
  2. Proven track record of leading design and analysis projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
