As a Beauty Department Manager at Frasers Group, you'll be at the helm of a dynamic team passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within our luxury beauty department. Your expertise and leadership will drive sales success while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide, motivate, and coach a diverse team of Beauty Advisors, Brand Managers, and Team Leaders in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Sales Performance & KPI Achievement: Set clear targets and strategies to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Luxury Customer Experience: Provide personalized, expert advice and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and passion for beauty trends.
  • Brand Partnerships & Events: Cultivate strong relationships with brand representatives and collaborate on engaging in-store events to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Visual Merchandising & Operations: Maintain a visually appealing and organized department, ensuring displays are immaculate and stock levels are accurately managed.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within the beauty sector.
  • A deep understanding of luxury beauty brands and products, with a passion for staying current on industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers, team members, and brand partners.
  • A track record of success in driving sales and achieving performance targets within a retail setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and event execution.
