About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Department Manager to lead our Beauty and Accessories teams in our new Flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large and diverse team of sales advisors, beauty experts, and brand managers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, and be accountable for meeting sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise in beauty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Support the store management team and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
- Experience working with large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Luxury beauty experience is essential.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven background in a retail management role.
- An interest in luxury fashion and beauty brands.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
