Residential Care Team Member

Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Care Team Member. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work full-time, 40 hours per week, 7am-3pm, at Broughton House, helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our service users.
- Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness, and carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes to meet this standard.
- Maintain and replenish stock levels, and ensure that equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Employ safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Experienced in cleaning, housekeeping or domestic work (desirable).
- Knowledgeable of COSHH (desirable).
- Friendly, conscientious and have a positive attitude.
- A good communicator.
Salary: £22,500 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
