Key Responsibilities:- Assess and monitor patient health, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and provide emotional support throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
