Service Manager Role

Are you an experienced Service/Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a leadership role or an Engineering Manager seeking their next challenge?

Rise Technical Recruitment is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee their growing team of Service Engineers due to their client base consistently increasing.

The day-to-day responsibilities in this role will involve managing the service team, providing technical support over the phone, communicating with clients, running the spare parts, and assisting Field Service Engineers when needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing a team and providing technical support, with a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service team and provide technical support over the phone
  • Communicate with clients and run the spare parts
  • Assist Field Service Engineers when needed
  • Travel occasionally to support the team

Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a team and providing technical support
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems
