We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Delivery Manager to join our online sales team. As a Sales Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and championing outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth: Expand our member base through effective prospect management, upholding our brand reputation, and identifying areas for improvement.

Education Delivery: Develop a robust knowledge of UK, 11+, and GCSE curricula, becoming a credible educator aligned with tutor role objectives.

Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build rapport, communicate effectively, and tailor approaches to each family's unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Efficient multitasker with strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with urgency.
  • Results-oriented and growth-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt approaches based on customer interactions.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to make informed decisions and adapt to change effectively.
  • Customer focus, with an understanding of the importance of a customer-facing role, particularly from 3-8 pm, handling phone calls and Teams interactions effectively.
