About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Kooth Engagement Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our digital mental health platform to young people in schools and colleges. This involves engaging with trusted referrers, managing the distribution of promotional materials, and utilizing data to inform our outreach strategies. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £26,500 per annum, generous annual leave, and comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience working with educational institutions and healthcare providers. Some key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining an up-to-date database of schools and colleges
• Prioritizing engagement with top schools and colleges based on student numbers and deprivation levels
• Developing a strategic approach to calendar management and outreach planning
• Utilizing data to assess and refine engagement strategies for maximum impact
