**Transmission Development Role**

Earthstream is looking for an experienced HV Transmission Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-voltage transmission projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with significant experience in the energy sector. You will be responsible for supporting the project team in developing capability and ensuring resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the investment process during pre-construction, delivery, and closure, ensuring governance is maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COM & Environmental legislation, and SHES standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
  • Significant experience in project development and delivery, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
