We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our care home team as a Relief Care Assistant. The successful candidate will work on a relief/casual basis within our care homes, providing care and support to vulnerable older people.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to service users, meeting their individual needs and promoting their independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective planning and delivery of care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans.
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in social care (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience of working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
