About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team at Intec Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on our software and products
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to support customer queries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
Requirements
  • Good understanding of scientific and technical English
  • Problem-solving mind-set and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with software applications
  • Virtual software knowledge and customer service experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Engineering or science degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a research environment or technical support role
  • Familiarity with sampling theory and cybernetics (control theory)
  • Knowledge of programming languages and software development
