Ecommerce Key Account Manager
About the Role
MacGregor Black is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management
- Own an account/category within SDA or CW and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
- Use data-driven insights to drive account performance and implement strategic objectives.
- Commercial Planning
- Support the Channel Controller to measure actuals vs. plan (gross/net revenue, share, sell out) and react accordingly to ensure targets are achieved.
- UX and Optimization
- Continually adjust and test UX elements to drive conversion and improve customer experience.
- Supply Chain and Operations
- Support with forecasting using an internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.
- Deliver internal management plans for Supply Chain.
- Financial Management
- Manage commercial agreement submissions and actualisation.
- Support the team to safeguard and coordinate the finance claims processes.
- Requirements
- Amazon account management experience is essential.
- Financial acumen: a good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
