About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, tracheal suctioning, oral suctioning, ventilation, peg feeding, and cough assist.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Requirements
  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid DBS check and ability to work in the UK.
