Job Opportunity for a Registered Manager at Classic 10 Ltd
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our 40-bed nursing home service in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality care and treatment are provided to individuals with complex care needs and behaviors that challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing all aspects of the service, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
- Lead, manage, and direct a multidisciplinary team to achieve objectives aligned with the business's Strategic Plan and the specific needs of each individual.
- Exhibit professional leadership, offering hands-on management support and guidance, while overseeing staff activities and shaping their practices and attitudes.
- Assume line management responsibilities for the senior management team and lead clinicians as needed, providing operational support and direction.
- Take overall responsibility for recruitment, employment practices, and compliance with Employment Law and contractual obligations.
- Undertake on-call responsibilities on a rota basis.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN.
- QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, including Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home or neuro rehab setting.
- A valid UK Driving Licence.
