About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Supervisor at Avery Healthcare.

Your focus will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives.

Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification and experience, previous experience in a Senior Care role, and demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team.
