About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Supervisor. As a key member of our Care Services team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a small team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Your focus will be on promoting and delivering high-quality person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, and dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite and prompt manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised Medication administration qualification and experience, and previous experience in a Senior Care role.

You will also need to demonstrate the ability to organise, lead, inspire, and influence a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
