We are seeking talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Nottingham. As an SDR, you will be responsible for scheduling product demos and meetings for our business development team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Booking product demos and meetings for the business development team
Salary and Benefits:

The earning potential for this role is £27,500 base salary with uncapped commission opportunities.

Opportunities for career progression are available, with the possibility of promotion to Senior SDR within 6 months and further advancement after another 6 months of meeting targets.

Additional benefits include regular early finish Fridays, complimentary beer and prosecco taps, a barista on site providing free coffee, and a dog-friendly office environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is not essential but advantageous; previous experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Intelligence, articulation, and credibility on the phone are crucial for success in this B2B role
