UK Field Sales Manager Position

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Representative to join our UK Field Sales Team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers in the Automotive sector.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing, negotiating, and improving sales to tyre service independents, multiple independents, retread manufacturers, fast fits, main dealer franchises, garages, and major repairers. You will also input into the annual budgeting process, working closely with the Field Sales Team to achieve their growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide coaching and training to the Field Sales Team. You will be required to directly manage and support the team, ensuring an excellent level of service is provided, maximising sales opportunities for both products and services.
The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the role.
