About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Assist in the management of inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking of materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work completed, including hours worked and materials used.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
