About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises, providing a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective maintenance and repair procedures to ensure the upkeep of our premises.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our staff and customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our facilities management services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
