We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our technical team and support the delivery of exceptional customer service. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing top-notch support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and develop strategies to improve our IT services.

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers
  • Providing 1st and 2nd-line support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Working closely with the service desk and service delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve our IT services, including process improvements and training programs

You will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of ITIL methodology and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with Microsoft and Mac OS, iOS, and Android-based technologies
