Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our client in Raunds.
This role offers hybrid working, with 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% working from home. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and colleagues, handling telephone work, problem-solving, computer work, and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a good telephone manner, previous experience in an office environment, and previous experience dealing with clients and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
- Handling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Solving problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing computer systems and software to ensure seamless operations
- Chasing payments and ensuring timely financial transactions
- Taking payments and managing cash handling procedures
- Carrying out administrative tasks to support the team
The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
