Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, cost, and delivery performance of production procurement, guaranteeing that purchased parts and/or services are supplied/contracted on time to meet business requirements in line with our business system.
You will lead specific supplier relationships, manage the introduction of new suppliers with the support of our Supply Quality Assurance (SQA) team, assess and manage supply risks with various functional areas, and identify and implement countermeasures to mitigate or eliminate supply risks.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, coupled with a commercially astute mindset to devise innovative solutions for business challenges.
You will exhibit a positive can-do attitude, have strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (Syteline preferred), and be self-motivated and confident in decision-making within established business guidelines.
