About Ontic's PMO Team
We're seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain expert to join our PMO team, where you'll work closely with functional specialists to ensure a seamless transition and embedding of new licenses into our operations.
The Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating all supply chain activities, from supplier onboarding to inventory management, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process. Your previous experience will enable you to understand the demand requirements of the project, identify risks at an early stage, and resolve supplier novation challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive transfer plan for all SC activities associated with the license
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across PMO and SC functions
- Attend regular project meetings with licensors and suppliers
- Present project status to stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes quickly and effectively
About You
We're looking for someone with a degree in a relevant subject or significant industry experience in supply chain management. You'll need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to work at pace and prioritize tasks effectively.
