About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Duty Manager, supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring the fairground and venue are maintained to the highest standard. You'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining all areas, ensuring they're safe and enjoyable for our guests. Your composure and ability to learn from new challenges will be key to your success in this role.
You'll work closely with our teams to deliver positive service experiences, ensuring we comply with all relevant legislation. Your role will involve developing a planned maintenance program to maintain the funfair and venues on site, as well as role modelling effective leadership behaviour and communicating effectively with team members and peers.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a passionate leader with effective team management skills, good knowledge of health and safety, and excellent communication skills. You'll be confident in engaging with teams at all levels and have experience in a similar role within the trade construction industry. Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic components is also essential.
