We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Business Development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of compelling bids for large-scale green space contracts in both public and private sectors.

**Competitive Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the bid process, managing bid production, leading a team of Bid Writers, and deputising for the Head of Business Development as needed. You will also be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the Bid Library and Case Studies, maintaining compliance and completeness of tender submissions, and establishing a strong network within the business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective bid strategies to drive business growth
  2. Lead a team of Bid Writers to produce high-quality bid documents
  3. Manage bid production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
