Consolidation of Corporate Services

In response to the implementation of a matrix model with dual governance, we have consolidated corporate services in the UK to serve all Business Lines effectively. This initiative enables us to provide dedicated business partnering and shared services that support our clients' needs.

Nuclear Service Line

The Nuclear Service Line is a key area of activity within the UK, comprising two main areas: Consultancy Services, Nuclear Decommissioning and Radioactive Waste Management, and Engineering and Construction Management services for new nuclear power stations. As the role of Finance Business Partner: Nuclear, you will be directly responsible for providing financial support to this Service Line.

This role forms part of the finance team in the UK and reports to the Head of Finance Business Partnering: Energy and Sustainable Cities (UK) and the business leads for these services. You will work closely with the UK Finance Shared Services team for transactional activities and manage one FTE accounting support staff member.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management accounting and advisory support to the Head of Finance Business Partnering Energy & Sustainable Cities (FBP – E&SC) for all nuclear activity in the UK and to entity business leads.
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting to local businesses and the group.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for FBP.
  • Financial support for merger and acquisition (M&A) activity.
  • Support the consolidation of legal entities in the UK and the integration of new acquisitions into Egis Group's finance processes.
Regulatory Activities
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Office skills.
  • Oracle ERP experience is desirable.
  • Experience of business transformation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level business leads.
  • Capacity to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
About Us

Egis Group offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus performance-related bonuses, pension contributions, life insurance, private healthcare for you and your family, a health cash plan, 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and a tailored career path with structured training opportunities.
