Sales and Marketing Professional

Marriott International is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, building long-term, value-based customer relationships, and achieving personal sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated and complementary.
- Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and effective turnover to Event Management.
- Participate in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
