As a key member of the Marketing and Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving marketing and sales efforts to increase audiences and achieve targets for The Old Vic. This will involve working closely with the Deputy Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the The Old Vic brand and increase ticket sales.

You will also be responsible for acting as brand guardian, ensuring the protection and integrity of the The Old Vic brand at all times. This will involve working closely with the Marketing and Commercial team to develop and implement brand guidelines and ensuring that all marketing materials are consistent with the brand's values and messaging.

In addition, you will be responsible for increasing audiences by embracing new and innovative ways of working, in collaboration with the Marketing and Commercial team. This will involve identifying new opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

You will also oversee the smooth running of the Access Membership, working closely with the Marketing Officer to ensure the provision and promotion of accessible performances remains a priority.
