Role Overview

The Recruitment Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers in Nottingham, driving business growth, developing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring all staff receive best possible development. This is a billing role, requiring a successful track record in agency recruitment, preferably in the education sector.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing branch sales plans to deliver required results
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
  • Motivating the team to gain highest possible outcomes through activity
  • Ensuring adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies
Benefits Package
