Role Summary:
This Schools Recruitment Branch Manager position involves managing a team of experienced recruitment professionals and driving business growth through effective strategy implementation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of successful Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive agency recruitment growth.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Successful track record in agency recruitment.
- Management experience in education or social care agency recruitment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive salary package, including £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
