About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ARC (Norwich) as a Shift Maintenance Engineer. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless production and resolving engineering maintenance and process issues during shifts.

As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving engineering maintenance and process issues that arise during shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to production. You will also support the implementation of new equipment and processes, collaborating closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve engineering maintenance and process issues during shifts
  • Support the implementation of new equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration
  • Proactively monitor and maintain machinery to ensure continuous production
