About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our talented team at Playground Games in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our Forza Horizon team, you will be responsible for designing and leading key systems and experiences that drive the success of our BAFTA-winning franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative game systems and content that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to champion quality throughout the development process.
  • Work autonomously to drive key features and experiences forward.
  • Mentor and train other members of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Industry experience in a Senior Design position or similar on at least one shipped AAA title.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong ability to identify and solve problems throughout all stages of development.
  • A demonstrable track record of quality in your previous work.
