We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our talented Forza Horizon team at Playground Games. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, and delivering innovative game systems and content for our BAFTA-winning open-world franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead key systems and experiences that drive player engagement and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of gameplay features and independently drive them forward, ensuring high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion quality and excellence in game development.
- Mentor and train junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
- Industry experience in a Senior Design position or similar on at least one shipped AAA title.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- A strong ability to identify and solve problems throughout all stages of development.
- A demonstrable track record of quality in your previous work.
- A genuine passion for games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
