About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quest Designer to join our Fable team at Playground Games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and immersive quests that bring our game world to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop quests that align with the project vision and meet the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Narrative, Environment Art, Level, and Game Design
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the onboarding process
  • Drive team progress through proactive leadership and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Quest/Level/Mission Design, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on AAA titles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse team members
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key quest and open-world gameplay design concepts
  • Passion for video games and the RPG genre
