Job Responsibilities- Motivate and coach management teams to deliver service that has customers at the heart

- A strong understanding of retail KPI's and the ability to control costs, increase sales, and improve the customer experience
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- A keen eye for financial results, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform business decisions
- A robust knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity, and the ability to identify local community growth opportunities
