Job Summary:
This is a permanent role in the Planning and Production team of an established manufacturing company. The successful candidate will support critical activities that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely ordering of stock to avoid stock ruptures
- Update replenishment sheets with live information to ensure accurate ordering
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure stock limit targets are met and queries are resolved promptly
- Proactively progress product into stock to meet demands
- Support commercial decision-making for the stock and sales teams
- Proactively respond to issues and problem-solve
- Use data and office systems to feed live data into stock replenishment sheets
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties and administration to support the team and wider business
Requirements:
- IT confidence and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail and Excel skills
- Confidence in speaking to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to change, growth, and flexibility
