Our client has built a stellar reputation within the market, driven by their ongoing growth and success. They now seek a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team, working from their central office in Warwick.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client financial planning reports and fund switch/review reports
  • Conduct research on performance, charges, and illustrations
  • Complete tax calculations, including CGT, IHT, and chargeable events
  • Maintain due diligence and central research records
  • Process new business and issue valuations to clients
  • Obtain illustrations and research using Exchange/Exweb, O&M
  • Provide client liaison support via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Prepare client files and reviews for advisers/appointments
  • Review preparations, including valuation reports
Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator, with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use and back-office systems. A strong interest in pursuing the CII Diploma in Financial Planning is highly desirable.
