About the Role- Manage a portfolio of clients, including planning and undertaking assignments, and striving to deliver service excellence.
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
- Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
