As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets. You will also be responsible for planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.

You will lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you. You will also be responsible for owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.

Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients. Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.

About this role

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience within practice.
  • ATT or AAT qualifications would be desirable.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
