Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales targets, customer feedback, and business performance.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £22,000 to £25,000, dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme, with the potential to earn up to £60,000.
  • Five months of supplementary payments to support you while you build your pipeline.
  • A BMW 1 Series company car, or a monthly car allowance.
  • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification.
