Branch Director

As a key member of our client’s team, you will be responsible for leading the branch team to provide exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on delivering high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, you will be a role model for your team and ensure health and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with sound commercial awareness, decisive in their approach and friendly, welcoming attitude. They will have energy and passion to deliver what our customers require, with good organisational skills and be IT literate.
We offer a competitive salary with the potential to earn a performance-related bonus, 24 days annual leave, plus statutory bank holidays, and a 44 hour per week contract. - Lead the branch team to achieve branch performance targets.
- Has coaching and management skills to bring the best out of your team.
