Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK and Ireland region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with mid-sized customers, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland region
- Build strong relationships with mid-sized customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges
- Provide tailored solutions to help customers achieve their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove deal blockers and drive sales growth
Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience in full-cycle direct-selling roles
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in cold-calling prospects
- Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
- Willingness to perform strategic outbound prospecting
- Value-based selling approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
What We Offer
