About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK and Ireland region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with mid-sized customers, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and Ireland region
  • Build strong relationships with mid-sized customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges
  • Provide tailored solutions to help customers achieve their business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove deal blockers and drive sales growth

Requirements

  • At least 18 months of experience in full-cycle direct-selling roles
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in cold-calling prospects
  • Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
  • Willingness to perform strategic outbound prospecting
  • Value-based selling approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
